Philippine Eatsperience at Intramuros

The Department of Tourism's food market inside the walls gathers around 30 vendors of regional Filipino cooking and street food in a Spanish-era fortification overlooking the old moat. It runs daily from breakfast to late afternoon, which makes it the practical lunch stop between Fort Santiago, Casa Manila, and the museums, and an easy first taste of how wide regional Filipino cooking actually runs.
