Across Makati, Poblacion and Legazpi, a small set of rooms has built itself around the act of listening. A few are full hi-fi clubs where the rig and the record wall come first and the bar comes second. Others are speakeasies and spirits rooms where the craft of the drink carries the same weight as the song on the turntable. What ties them together is a refusal to rush you, and a belief that a single well-chosen track or a single well-made cocktail is worth sitting still for.

Use this list by area. Legazpi and the two Poblacion rooms are walkable enough to pair in one night, while the Makati spots reward a dedicated trip. Most of these fill up late and keep tight rooms, so go early if you want a seat, and go ready to keep your voice low.
