12/10 is the izakaya Thea de Rivera and chef Gab Bustos opened on Guijo Street in 2014 and moved to the ground floor of 8 Rockwell, an office tower in Rockwell Center, in 2022. Bustos cooks produce driven Japanese food backed by French technique. The Michelin Guide lists it and Tatler named it to its Best 20 Restaurants in the Philippines for 2026. Dinner is Monday to Saturday, either the ten-course omakase or the izakaya menu, with highballs, sake and cocktails. Daytime is matcha, coffee and a shorter menu every day from 10:30am, and Sunday adds a six-course lunch. There is no Sunday dinner, and the kitchen closes from 5pm to 6pm. Book on their site; walk-ins are always welcome.
