Automat is the casual counterpart to Metiz, run by chefs Stephan Duhesme and Arlo Gregorio on the second floor of Karrivin Plaza. The kitchen cooks Filipino flavours with French technique as small plates and coal fired meats, and the room seats diners among the cooks. Michelin points to the kesong puti, the beef cheeks and the Filipino dessert, and the cocktails lean on fermentation and local ingredients.
