Benjarong is the Thai restaurant of Dusit Thani Manila, named after the painted royal Thai porcelain once used to serve palace food. The cooking follows Royal Thai cuisine: glass noodle salad with seafood, whole fried sea bass and a green curry the inspectors called velvety, plus a tasting menu that updates the classics. The room has a live kitchen, two private dining rooms and a bar pouring Thai inspired cocktails.
