Carlo's is Carlo Alvarez's American-Italian restaurant on the ground floor of Asian Century Center in BGC, with Morris Manalo as head chef. It cooks the Italian food of the American east coast: New Haven style pizza with a smoky, blistered crust, fresh pasta, mozzarella sticks and lasagna.
