Celera is the dinner tasting menu restaurant of chefs Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar, behind Aurora and Hey Handsome, on the third floor of Comuna in Makati. It opened in February 2025, took a Michelin star in the first Philippine selection that October, then Tatler's Best New Restaurant for 2026 and number 100 on Asia's 50 Best extended list. The name comes from selera, Malay for taste or appetite. The cooking is Southeast Asian in flavour and French in technique, and the menu changes, so book the tasting and let them lead. Dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday, in a dark, moody room. Reserve by WhatsApp rather than online, and flag allergies ahead. Cancellations inside a week are not refunded.
