Chung Dam is the Korean grill to book when the meal is the occasion. The menu is built on hanwoo, Korea's native beef, alongside US beef and wagyu, plus live king crab and Korean seafood. The kitchen is led by chef Jang Jungyun, who was a founding member of Gaon, the first restaurant in Korea to earn three MICHELIN stars. The group started in Malate's Korea Town and now has four branches. Tatler named Chung Dam to its Tatler Best 2026 list. The BGC branch has two private rooms, for 10 and 20 guests.
