Cochi is Marvin Agustin's Filipino restaurant on the ground floor of Verve Residences Tower 2, at 27th Street and 9th Avenue. The actor turned cook began roasting suckling pig in his garage during the 2020 lockdown, and the restaurant now holds a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide 2026. The cochinillo is the reason to come: marinated in a dozen herbs and spices, roasted for three hours, then carved at the table with toum, kamias marmalade and bell pepper sauce. It is sold by portion, from a leg to a whole pig, so bring people. Book on OpenTable or ring 0935 210 1341. The room fills from about 6pm and gets loud, and you should reckon on about ₱2,000 a head.
