Flour Pot is chef Rhea SyCip's bakery and bistro on the ground floor of Verve Tower 2, opened in December 2025 after years of selling her rum cake and strawberry brioche donuts online. SyCip was food and beverage director at Discovery Primea, and Patxi Elizalde is a partner in the venture. The room is pale yellow, with a glass cake counter at the door and about 80 seats behind it. Come for breakfast or a slow lunch. The kitchen buys from Benguet farms and local fishers: Lambsagne, river prawn and ikura pasta, roast chicken curry with lychee, and cakes to take home. Mains run ₱850 to ₱1,950. Doors open at 7am every day. Book on 0917 315 2130.
