Fogo de Chão is the Brazilian churrascaria chain's first restaurant in the Philippines, on the ground floor of Glorietta 4 in Ayala Center, run here by The Bistro Group. It opened in August 2025 and served nearly 80,000 Full Churrascos in its first year. Gaucho chefs carve fire roasted cuts at the table for as long as you keep your card on green: picanha, bottom sirloin, bone-in ribeye, filet, lamb and chicken among them. The price includes the Market Table of salads, cheeses, cured meats and the feijoada bar, plus Brazilian sides.
