Gino's began on Katipunan Avenue as a small pizza place started by Jutes and Cello Templo, and the Katipunan shop is still the first of its branches. The pizzas are Neapolitan style from a brick oven, with long-fermented dough and mozzarella made in house every day. Ask for the house spicy honey to drizzle on your slice, and add the burrata, made with kesong puti, a soft Filipino white cheese.
