Giwon crosses a steakhouse with a Korean grill. Thick cuts of Angus, dry aged beef and wagyu are grilled at the table on the second floor of Mitsukoshi Mall, in a room that looks out over the park. The way to eat here is a course. The Woo-makase is five steaks for two or three people, and the Wagyu Omakase is eight wagyu cuts for four or five, both with soup, rice, banchan, steamed egg and dessert. The staff will grill for you.
