Habanero Kitchen Bar cooks Filipino food that is properly hot. Chef Ryan Patrick Dimapilis works habanero chillies into lechon, sisig, cocktails and even ice cream, with milder dishes for anyone who wants them. The signatures are the lechon habanero, the oyster sisig and a torched three-cheese pizza. There are tables inside and out across two floors, and it stays open later than most of the compound.
