Hometown Cafe Quezon City

Hometown Cafe is a specialty coffee roaster from Subic Bay with a second cafe on Apo Street near Banawe, and it takes matcha as seriously as coffee. Each matcha drink uses five grams of matcha, more than most cafes, and the hojicha lattes use four grams of roasted tea. Next to a plain matcha latte there are matcha banana cinnamon, matcha strawberry and a calamansi soda. Drinks are made at an island bar in the middle of the room, so you can watch.
