ITO

ITO is a seven seat beverage space on the ground floor of 107 Aguirre Street, run by Niko Tiutan and Alex Atienza. Tokyo architect Keiji Ashizawa designed the room: one curved terrazzo counter, copper pendant lights, black stools. Coffee and Japanese tea by day, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks in the evening. Tatler put it on its Best 20 Bars Philippines list for 2026. Walk-ins are welcome since the menu went a la carte alongside the tasting flights. The room holds twelve, seven seated and five standing, and at peak times you get one hour from your first drink. Up to four seats can be booked online with a ₱500 deposit each, deducted from the bill. Cashless, no laptops.
