June Eatery

June Eatery is the all-day sister of Bibio, the Poblacion natural wine bar, and it opened on Burgos Circle in February 2026. The same partners are behind it, Justin and Vanessa Apolonio of Natty Wines with Kaity Jayme and Melissa Orozco of Hola Bombon, and the menu belongs to Kier Ibañez, the Cebu-born chef who cooked in Auckland for twelve years. Brunch runs from 8am to 3pm: the pancake with whipped butter and spiced maple syrup at ₱450, cured salmon toast at ₱520, nduja with eggs at ₱630. After 3pm the room turns bistro, with duck ragu pappardelle at ₱960 and a list of natural wines. Book through OpenTable; the pancake is the dish most people come for.
