Chef Aaron Isip, who spent years cooking in Paris, pairs French technique with Filipino, Latin American and Southeast Asian flavours on Palma Street in Poblacion. Straw cloche lamps, plants and shell lined walls give the room a beach house feel. Choose a ten or eight course tasting menu on the terrace or in the dining rooms, or sit at the Jungle Kitchen counter for live fire à la carte cooking.
