A 24 seat Japanese counter from the Wildflour group on the ground floor of Verve Residences in BGC, run by chef Kei Takahashi. The menu is built around maki and temaki: nori toasted over a clay charcoal shichirin, filled to order and handed across the bar to eat whole, not cut. Sashimi and a few small plates fill out the meal, and Japanese whisky and sake line the shelves behind the counter.
