KIJI Bakehouse is Charyn Lim's croissant bakery on the ground floor of Verve Residences One, a yellow shopfront with bistro chairs out on the pavement. Lim spent a decade as an art director, studied pastry at Ferrandi Paris, and opened here on 26 February 2023. Everything is baked in small batches with French butter: the plain croissant is ₱110, the croissant dog ₱285, and sourdough loaves ₱270 to ₱380. Doors open at 7am daily and close at 8pm. You can order pastries ahead on the website and collect them, though coffee and soft serve are sold in the shop only. There are ten seats inside and eight tables outside, no table reservations, and payment is cashless.
