La Pita is chef Sam Rohana's small Middle Eastern restaurant on Don Pedro Street in Poblacion, open since early 2023. The cooking is Levantine: hummus, beef arayes and kubbeh, crisp bulgur shells with spiced beef served with buttered rice and yoghurt sauce, plus a fermented chilli sauce people come back for. A second branch runs in Salcedo Village.
