La Tapería Martínez is Valencian chef Luis Martínez's tapas bar on the second floor of One Bonifacio High Street, in the space that used to be La Picara. It is small plates meant for drinking: patatas bravas, huevos rotos with prawns, fried boquerones, baby squid a la plancha, and clams with spicy chorizo, with Spanish wine, cava and sangria to go with them. For a group, order the arroz al horno, the oven-baked rice of his hometown, which feeds three to four and takes 35 minutes.
