LIT Manila

LIT is the first bar in the Philippines built around Japanese spirits, on the ground floor of Serendra with its own door onto 11th Avenue. Marco Alcantara and Katrina Kuhn-Alcantara are among the partners behind it, and whisky concierge Francis Hasegawa runs the room. Tatler listed it among the Best 20 Bars in the Philippines for 2025 and 2026. A flight is three tastes and a highball, and the cocktail list includes the Manila Old Fashioned. Food is otsumami: edamame, karaage and gyoza, with steaks and pasta as well. Most of the seating is at the bar. Ask the price of a rare pour before you commit, because the older bottles are charged by the measure.
