Manam at the Triangle is the first flagship of Manam, The Moment Group's Filipino comfort food chain, in the restaurant arcade of Ayala Triangle Gardens. The room is airy and minimal, hung with Filipino pop art, and the menu runs long, from house crispy sisig and beef short rib sinigang to new dishes served only at this branch. Plates come in small, medium and large, so a table can order widely and share.
