Mirèio is the French brasserie on the ninth floor of Raffles Makati, open since 2016 and named after Frédéric Mistral's 1859 poem about Provence. The kitchen cooks Provençal and French dishes such as foie gras, vol au vent and crème brûlée with a cinnamon sablé, and runs a five course Menu Découverte every evening. The room has blue banquettes, a large painted mural and tall windows over the Makati skyline.
