Morning Sun Eatery is a roadside karinderya on J.P. Rizal Street in Project 4, Quezon City, cooking Ilocano home food since the 1990s. Elizabeth Mortera opened it after years working in Dubai as a nanny, and her daughter Lyn now handles the day to day with cousins and relatives. Service is turo turo: you point at the dishes on the counter and they are brought to your table. Demand surged after the Bib Gourmand, and the dinakdakan is usually the first dish to run out.
