Niseko Coffee Greenhills

Niseko Coffee is a Japanese-style specialty coffee bar in Promenade at Greenhills, with a sister branch at Alabang Town Center, and it is a favourite of the city's matcha people. It used to serve matcha from Kurasu, the Kyoto coffee and tea brand, and now uses its own, which tea educators say is just as good. The matcha menu is short, four drinks, each whisked when you order. Have the Kyoto matcha float if you want something richer, with a taiyaki on the side.
