Panaderya Toyo is the bakery arm of Toyo Eatery, run by Jordy and May Navarra. It closed in 2023 and came back in June 2026 as a takeaway window on the Karrivin Plaza driveway. The classics returned first: Potpot Pandesal, Leche Pan, bicho in tsoko, saba and keso. The Kesong Puti and Egg Inipit appear only from noon. Coffee is Yardstick and a Current Roasters blend made for them. Bread is wrapped in paper to carry off, and there is no dining room. Visitors this year report mornings with no queue and one wait near two hours. The schedule changes month to month on Instagram: in September the window runs Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30am until the trays are empty.
