A boutique reformer Pilates studio founded by two certified women instructors, with its first home at F1 Hotel in BGC and a newer studio at The Peninsula Manila. Kit is Balanced Body reformers and Allegro towers. Sessions run 50 minutes, with private, duet and trio formats.
