Sage Grill is the steakhouse of Makati Shangri-La, on the hotel's second floor at the corner of Ayala and Makati Avenues. The beef is cooked on a Josper charcoal oven grill and runs from Australian Black Angus tenderloin to Westholme Wagyu and a 1.5kg tomahawk for the table. The rest of the menu is grill room comfort: oysters, a Caesar, crab cakes, a seafood cioppino and a lobster and prawn roll. A private dining room seats 15, which makes it a reliable choice for a business dinner in the Ayala Center area.
