Sala is a modern European restaurant on the podium level of the LV Locsin Building on Ayala Avenue, opened in 1997 by Scottish born chef Colin Mackay. The cooking rests on French technique and premium produce: Hokkaido scallops, pigeon with a duck and mushroom pithivier, a dark chocolate soufflé. The room is intimate, with linen tablecloths and understated decor.
