SGD (say it "Sagada") roasts and serves coffee from Sagada in the Cordillera, bought from the farmers who grow it, and its Sagada roast won a Medaille Gourmet in Paris in 2017. The Bodega is its coffee shop on a quiet side street in Teachers Village East, a block off Maginhawa. Come for black coffee: this is the place to taste what Philippine beans can do. There is a Sagada-inspired food menu too, and the window seats sit close to the power outlets.
