Somewhere Quiet sits behind an unmarked brown door in The Palace complex, beneath The Distillery in Uptown BGC. It opened in March 2025 from the ReCraft and Grand Cru teams, with Cedric Mendoza as beverage director. The room is dressed as a bathroom: white tiles, shower fittings along the walls, a golden bathtub, velvet robes. Tatler Best gave it a 2026 Spotlight, and it hosted Jakarta's The Golden Tooth during Philippine Cocktail Week in February 2026. Ask for the Lesterine, a mezcal milk punch, or the Bathtub Rum. Cocktails run about ₱500. The bar lists 6pm doors, Tuesday to Sunday, though Google still shows 7pm. Go before 9pm to talk, because it gets loud once the club crowd arrives.
