Spices is the Peninsula Manila's restaurant for the cooking of Southeast Asia and India, with a halal certified kitchen and a menu curated by chef Leo Rabino. Dishes run from crispy catfish salad and tom yum to beef rendang, lamb vindaloo and nali rogan josh. The Balinese inspired room has dark bamboo seats and floor to ceiling windows onto a koi pond, beside the hotel pool and garden, with a separate pavilion that Michelin rates the most atmospheric place to sit.
