Steak & Frice is an AF Hospitality brasserie on the lower ground floor of Central Square at Bonifacio High Street. Every steak comes with both fries and fried steak rice, with one refill included, and you choose a sauce such as béarnaise, peppercorn or chimichurri. The cuts run from a 14oz US ribeye to a World of Wagyu plate of US, Japanese and Australian beef, and the room is busy and stylish.
