Chef Myke "Tatung" Sarthou named this restaurant for his hometown of Talisay in Cebu, and set it in a renovated old house on Maginhawa with a garden outside the windows. The cooking is familiar Filipino food done with care, with Cebuano dishes in the mix. It is the calmest sit-down meal on the street, and the one to choose when you are bringing parents or a group that wants to linger.
