Taupe is Francis Tolentino's tasting menu restaurant on the ground floor of The Maridien Tower 2 on 26th Street, BGC. It opened in early 2024 under Forefront Lifestyle Group, which also runs the Almacen bars, and was named a Michelin Selected restaurant in the first Michelin Guide Philippines, announced in October 2025. Elements, the current seasonal menu, runs ten courses at ₱8,000, eight at ₱6,900 or five at ₱4,900, the five-course on Tuesday to Friday only. Tolentino cooks at the counter, so you watch the pass from your table. Book on the website. The site lists Tuesday to Sunday but its location page still says Wednesday to Sunday, so confirm the day.
