A 1920s speakeasy tucked inside Shangri-La The Fort, complete with a coat check, shoeshine station and a gin laboratory holding over 150 labels. Prohibition-era cocktails are served by a team in flat caps and waistcoats, under eye-shaped lamps and green leather panelling. It is the rare hotel bar that is a destination in its own right.
