Uma Nota is a Brazilian Japanese restaurant and bar under Shangri-La The Fort, brought to Manila in 2022 by the founders of the original in Hong Kong. The menu follows the Japanese community of São Paulo: Wagyu pastel, hamachi tiradito, feijoada, lobster moqueca and yakiniku lamb. You reach a 1970s style room by a moody corridor and staircase, and a DJ plays from 10pm on Wednesday to Saturday.
