Music Museum

The Music Museum is a small concert theatre inside Greenhills Shopping Center in San Juan, opened in 1988 by singer Kuh Ledesma and run today by the Music Museum Group. It mostly hosts OPM (Original Pilipino Music) concerts, from veteran stars to first solo shows of new artists, plus stand-up comedy and the odd musical. Its sister venue, Teatrino, is a separate, smaller theatre in the same complex.

Seat plan

The Music Museum has two seating levels: the Orchestra on the main floor, curved around the stage, and a U-shaped Balcony above it. The ticketing reference map labels the Orchestra blocks A to H, from far left (A) to far right (H), with the middle blocks facing the stage straight on and the outer blocks angled in from the sides. Producers name and price these areas differently for each show, so the tier names on your ticket may differ. Layouts change by show, and the seat plan on the event's own ticketing page is the one that counts.

  • Orchestra Center

The middle of the main floor, facing the stage straight on. Usually the top-priced reserved tier when a show sells it separately (for example P3,500 at Johnoy Danao's June 2026 show).

  • Orchestra

The main floor seats either side of the centre. Reserved seating at most shows.

  • Orchestra Side

The angled side blocks nearest the walls. You see the stage from an angle, and these are usually cheaper reserved seats.

  • Balcony

The upper level that wraps around the back and sides of the room. The cheapest tier at many shows, and sometimes sold as free seating (first come, first served), so check your ticket.

  • VIP

Not a fixed area. Some producers sell a VIP tier with extras such as soundcheck access or a photo op (for example Barbie's Cradle, August 2026). The seats are set by the producer for that show.

Getting there

  • Train from Makati: take MRT-3 northbound (from Ayala, Buendia or Guadalupe) to Santolan-Annapolis station on EDSA, the closest station to Greenhills Shopping Center.
  • From Santolan-Annapolis station: there is a jeepney terminal for Greenhills at the corner of EDSA and Annapolis Street, and the Gate 5 to Greenhills Shopping Center loop jeepney also links the station to the mall. A short taxi or ride-hailing trip also works.
  • From BGC: BGC has no train station, so most people take a taxi or ride-hailing car. Ask to be dropped at Greenhills Shopping Center on Ortigas Avenue, San Juan.
  • By bus: Bus Route 2 (Angono to Quiapo) runs along Ortigas Avenue past Greenhills.
  • Driving: Greenhills Shopping Center has its own car parks, including the Greenhills Carpark Building. Parking rates are not published by the venue, so check on arrival.
  • Traffic: EDSA and Ortigas Avenue are often slow on weekday and Friday evenings. Give yourself extra time for an 8:00 PM show.

Before you go

  • Dress code: casual clothes are fine depending on the show, but slippers or flip-flops, shorts, tank tops and sleeveless undershirts are not allowed.
  • Age: children aged seven and below are not allowed unless the producer says the show is open to them. Infants are not allowed inside.
  • Food and drink: food and beverages, including water, are not allowed inside.
  • Some shows set their own age advice on the ticketing page (for example CRIB on 4 December 2026 is recommended for ages 8 and up).
  • Doors usually open about an hour before the show (7:00 PM for the 8:00 PM shows we checked on Ticketworld), so plan to arrive by then, especially if your Balcony seats are free seating.
  • You cannot bring water or snacks inside, so eat and drink before you go in. Greenhills Shopping Center has many restaurants and food courts a short walk from the theatre.
  • Dress for the dress code: no shorts, flip-flops or sleeveless tops, or you may be turned away.
  • Check the time on your own ticketing page: the venue's own listing and the ticketing site sometimes show different start times.
  • Many shows here are small and sell out. If Ticketworld shows 'Allocation Exhausted', the general public tickets for that date are gone.
  • Do not confuse the Music Museum with Teatrino, the smaller theatre in the same Greenhills complex. Check which one is printed on your ticket.
