Seat plan

TicketNet seat maps for 2026 shows use three main levels: Orchestra closest to the stage, Loge right behind it, and Balcony at the back. Promoters often rename or split these into price tiers (VIP, SVIP, Orchestra A/B/C, Balcony 1/2), and some shows turn the front into a Floor, which can be standing or seated depending on the show. Layouts change by show, so the seat map on each event's own TicketNet page is the one that counts.

  • VIP / SVIP / package tiers

Promoter tiers, usually the front part of the Orchestra or Floor, and often bundled with perks such as soundcheck access or photo ops. Names and perks differ for every show.

  • Orchestra (sometimes Orchestra A, B, C or Center, Left and Right)

The main floor nearest the stage. On the seat maps, seats run from 1 on the right to 48 on the left.

  • Floor (standing or seated, by show)

Some shows (for example Malcolm Todd, Sienna Spiro and Young K) sell a standing Floor in place of Orchestra seats. Others use the word Floor for seated rows: the BE:FIRST seat map says it is an all-seated show. Check your event's seat map.

  • Loge

A seated section right behind the Orchestra. Usually priced between Orchestra and Balcony, though for a few shows (A1, Another Level) it costs more than the rear Orchestra.

  • Balcony (often Balcony 1 and 2, or A and B)

The rear section and the lowest-priced tickets for most shows.

Getting there

  • From Makati: take MRT-3 north along EDSA from Ayala, Buendia or Guadalupe station to Araneta Center-Cubao station. Araneta City says its elevated walkways and pedestrian bridges link the station to Gateway Mall and the other buildings, and the theater has bridgelinks to Gateway Tower and Manhattan Parkview.
  • From BGC: the simplest way is a ride-hailing car or taxi straight to Araneta City. You can also ride to an MRT-3 station on EDSA and take the train north to Araneta Center-Cubao.
  • LRT-2 stops at its own Araneta Center-Cubao station on Aurora Boulevard, and the Araneta City Bus Station (open 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, subject to change) also serves the complex.
  • Ride-hailing: Araneta City lists a Taxi Bay and Grab pick-up point, and the theater has its own drop-off point with valet service.
  • Parking: the venue says the closest parking is at Gateway Mall and Manhattan Parkview. Araneta City says Parking Garage South and Gateway Mall 2 have the most bays, and that event nights at the Coliseum fill up fastest.
  • Traffic: EDSA and the roads around Cubao get busy on weekday evenings, so leave early for a show starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM. The trains do not run all night, so check the last MRT-3 or LRT-2 train before a late show.

Before you go

  • Doors usually open 90 to 120 minutes before the show starts. Times can change.
  • Every guest goes through a metal detector, a visual check and a bag check.
  • Large bags and oversized backpacks are not allowed inside the theater and must be checked in at the baggage counter beside the ticket booth. The venue is not liable for lost or damaged items.
  • Not allowed: outside food and drinks, outside alcohol, glass, cans and aluminum bottles, cameras, video cameras and recording devices, professional cameras with zoom lenses, tripods and monopods, selfie sticks, long pointed umbrellas, signs bigger than 11 x 17 inches or on a pole, laser pens, pepper spray, weapons, flares and fireworks, and drugs.
  • Video and audio recording is not allowed. Some shows have their own camera rules, and some are phone-free.
  • Food and drinks bought from the venue's own stalls can only be consumed in the lobby areas, not inside the main theater. Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 and over with valid ID.
  • Dress code: guests in sandos (sleeveless undershirts) or slippers are not allowed in, even with a valid ticket.
  • No re-entry: if you leave during the event, you cannot come back in.
  • Children below 3 feet tall may enter without a ticket if they share the seat of an adult with a valid ticket, depending on the show. For family shows, everyone needs a ticket. Each show also sets its own age rule on its TicketNet page.
  • Will Call: pick up tickets at the TicketNet Box Office beside the main entrance with a photo ID.
  • Buy only from TicketNet (or the partner the venue links for that show). The venue warns that tickets bought elsewhere may be fake.
  • Check the age rule on your event's own TicketNet page before you buy. In 2026 they range from no age limit to strictly 15 and up with ID checks at the door.
  • Eat before the show. Outside food is not allowed and venue food can only be eaten in the lobby, but Gateway Mall and the other Araneta City malls are linked by walkways and bridges.
  • Leave big bags at home. Large bags and backpacks have to be checked at the baggage counter, which adds time at the door.
  • Wear closed shoes or sandals, not slippers. The venue turns away guests in slippers or sandos.
  • On busy nights park at Parking Garage South or Gateway Mall 2, which have the most bays, or take the MRT-3 or LRT-2 to Araneta Center-Cubao.
  • Before you pick a seat, open the official View From Seat page and the event's own seat map, since sections change from show to show.
