Newport Performing Arts Theater

The venue does not publish a single public seat plan. Each show sets its own price tiers and seat map on its ticketing page (TicketWorld, Ticketmelon or Megatix), so the seat map on your event's own ticket page is the one that counts. The hall seats 1,710, and two LED screens on stage show close-ups for seats further back.

• Show-specific price tiers

  Tier names and prices change by show and are set by the producer. Check the seat map on the event's ticketing page before you pay.

• Bronze to Platinum price tiers

  Several 2026 shows use tiers named from Bronze (lowest price) up to Platinum (highest price). Jujutsu Kaisen in Concert runs from PHP 1,499 (Bronze) to PHP 6,999 (Platinum), and the Jose Mari Chan Christmas concert from PHP 3,500 (Bronze) to PHP 11,000 (Platinum), according to Billboard Philippines.

• Royal and VVIP packages (The Nutcracker, December 2026)

  The Nutcracker promoter sells Royal and VVIP packages. 20 free reserved parking slots on Level 4 of Newport Mall are available with these packages. The early-bird discount does not apply to Royal tickets.

• Wheelchair spaces

  For The Nutcracker, the promoter says there are 2 wheelchair spaces in the front row with companion seats next to them, and asks guests to book them as early as possible. Ask each show's ticketing contact about accessible seats.

• Close-up screens

  The venue says two Euro-LED screens on stage give close-up views of the performers, which helps if you sit further back.

• The theatre is inside Newport Mall at Newport World Resorts, across from NAIA Terminal 3 in Pasay.
• There is no train station at the resort. By train, ride LRT-1 or MRT-3 to the EDSA and Taft Avenue interchange (LRT-1 EDSA station or MRT-3 Taft Avenue station), then take a Grab or taxi for about 1.5 km. The Nutcracker promoter advises not to walk this stretch of EDSA at night.
• By Grab or taxi, ask for "Newport Performing Arts Theater, Newport World Resorts, Pasay". The Nutcracker promoter gives the Grab pin as "Newport World Resorts, Newport Mall Entrance" and estimates fares of about PHP 80 to 120 from Makati CBD, PHP 100 to 150 from BGC and PHP 60 to 90 from NAIA Terminal 3.
• From BGC there is no direct train, so Grab or a car is the practical option.
• Newport World Resorts runs a city shuttle van from set pick-up points, including Two Manhattan Parkway Residences in Cubao, Quezon City. Check the current times on the resort's Shuttle Schedule page before you rely on it.
• Parking is in the connected Newport Mall and hotel car parks, entered from the Newport Boulevard gate, at standard mall rates. The car park fills quickly before big shows.
• Leave plenty of time for an 8 PM curtain, and book your ride home before the show ends.

• Newport World Resorts ticketing terms: all sales are final, tickets are valid only for the event, date and seat shown, and tampered, counterfeit or invalid tickets will be refused entry.
• Resold tickets, or orders that break ticket limits, can be cancelled without refund.
• If a show is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date, or you can ask for a refund by emailing info@fhtcentertainment.com with the event title, order number and request type. If a show is cancelled, card payments are refunded to the same card within 1 to 2 weeks.
• Each show can add its own house rules. For example, The Nutcracker (December 2026) sets a minimum age of 3, needs a ticket for every guest, bans outside food and drink, professional cameras and flash photography, and does not allow smoking or vaping anywhere in the theatre building.
• Arrive 45 minutes to an hour early: the car park fills before big shows, and the Nutcracker promoter says all guests pass a bag check and handheld metal detector.
• Eat at Newport Mall before the show. The venue lists restaurants such as Manam, Mango Tree, Italianni's, Cafe Mary Grace and Crisostomo on the 2nd floor, and Shakey's and Pepper Lunch on the 4th floor.
• Travel light. The Nutcracker promoter says there is no cloakroom or bag drop at the theatre.
• Bring a light jacket. The Nutcracker promoter says the theatre is strongly air-conditioned.
• Senior citizen and persons with disability (PWD) tickets may not be sold online. For Bongga Ka, 'Day!, Newport World Resorts asks senior and PWD buyers to buy directly from its sales staff. For other shows, call customer care on +63 (2) 7908-8888 first.
• Book your ride home during the interval or just before the end, as many people leave at the same time.
