Seat plan
The arena is a semi-circle with a lower bowl and an upper bowl, plus a floor in front of the stage. Ticketing partners name the sections the same way for most concerts: Floor (standing or seated, often split into VIP and lettered zones), Lower Box A and B, and Upper Box A and B, with Premium, Regular and Sides versions. The venue does not publish one fixed seat plan. Every show sets its own layout and prices, so always check the seat plan on that event's ticketing page before you buy.
Floor (Standing or VIP Seated)
The flat area in front of the stage. Many concerts sell it as standing zones (for example VIP Standing, Standing A and B), and some sell seated VIP rows. Closest to the stage and the most expensive tier. For LANY in November 2026 it is sold as Floor Standing.
Lower Box A and Lower Box B
The lower bowl seats around the floor. Lower Box A is the closer, more central part; Lower Box B sits further back or to the side. Often split again into Premium and Regular.
Upper Box A
The front part of the upper bowl. A good middle option on price, with a full view of the stage and lights.
Upper Box B (Premium, Regular, Sides)
The top and side parts of the upper bowl and the lowest prices. The arena is very large, so these seats are far from the stage; side seats can have an angled view.
Fan and experience packages
Some shows sell packages (for example VIP or soundcheck packages) on top of a seat or standing spot. What is included differs by show; read the package terms on the ticketing page.
Getting there
- The arena is in Ciudad de Victoria, north of Metro Manila along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX). By car or ride hailing from Makati or BGC, head north to NLEX and use the NLEX Ciudad de Victoria Interchange, which connects straight to the complex.
- We could not confirm a train line that reaches the arena. Plan the trip by road: car, ride hailing, a promoter shuttle, or a bus.
- Some promoters sell shuttle bus tickets for their shows (PULP Live World did for My Chemical Romance). If your show offers one, book it early, as it is often the easiest way there and back.
- On concert days, give yourself a lot of time. The arena is outside the city and tens of thousands of people arrive and leave on the same roads, so leave Makati or BGC in the early afternoon for an evening show.
- Plan your ride home before you go. Leaving after a big show can take a long time, and ride hailing near the arena late at night can be hard to get.
Before you go
- Rules are set by each show, not published by the venue. Check the event's ticketing page for bag, camera and age rules.
- For SM Tickets online purchases (for example LANY 2026), the SM Tickets account, the credit card and one valid government ID must all be in the same name, and only the cardholder who bought online can claim the ticket.
- Book your transport the same day you buy your ticket. Shuttle seats for big shows can sell out.
- Eat before you leave Metro Manila or bring time to eat at the venue. The arena sits in a large complex outside the city, and we have not listed nearby restaurants yet.
- Arrive well before gates open. Queues for tens of thousands of people are long, and traffic on NLEX builds through the afternoon of a big show.
- Upper Box seats are far from the stage in an arena this big. If seeing the artist matters to you, Lower Box or Floor is worth the extra money.
- Save your exit plan: note where your shuttle or car is waiting, and expect a slow exit after the show.
