Seat plan
The auditorium has 3 main levels: Orchestra (ground level, closest to the stage), Loge (middle level) and Balcony (top level). Each level can be reached by stairs, escalators or elevators on both sides of the hall. Producers split these levels into price sections, for example the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra sells Orchestra Center, Orchestra Side, Loge Center, Loge Side and Balcony. Layouts and section names change by show, so the seat plan on the event's own Ticketworld page is the one that counts.
Orchestra
Ground level, nearest the stage. Usually the most expensive seats. Holds 10 of the theatre's 16 wheelchair spaces. The PPO splits it into Orchestra Center and Orchestra Side.
Loge
Middle level, raised above the Orchestra. Has 2 wheelchair spaces. The PPO splits it into Loge Center and Loge Side.
Balcony
Top level and furthest from the stage. Usually the lowest-priced seats. Has 4 wheelchair spaces.
Wheelchair and companion seats
16 wheelchair spaces in total across the three levels. Book them through Ticketworld online, by the hotline (+63 2 8891 9999) or at a Ticketworld outlet.
Getting there
- By train from Makati: take the MRT to Ayala Station and walk about 5 minutes to the corner of South Drive and A. Arnaiz Avenue. Take a bus or jeepney on the Ayala Landmark to Puregold route and get off at the J.P. Rizal Avenue and Honradez corner. Walk straight, turn right on Trabajo Street, then left on Hippodromo Street into Circuit Makati. The venue says this takes about 30 minutes.
- By train from Quezon City: take the MRT to Guadalupe Station, then a bus or jeepney on the Del Pan Guadalupe (Ibabaw) route to the J.P. Rizal Avenue and Honradez corner, then walk into Circuit Makati. The venue says about 40 minutes.
- By train from Manila: take LRT-1 to Pedro Gil Station, then a bus or jeepney on the Guadalupe Makati to L. Guinto via P. Gil route. Get off at J.P. Rizal Avenue and walk about 10 minutes. The venue says about 40 minutes in total.
- By car or ride-hailing: set your drop-off as the theatre drop-off inside Circuit Makati. The walk from the drop-off to the building is 55 metres.
- Parking: Circuit Makati has over 1,000 open and covered parking spaces. The closest is the basement car park, with its entrance right in front of the theatre drop-off. There are 23 PWD parking spaces in Circuit Makati, 12 of them in the Ayala Malls Circuit basement.
- From BGC: there is no direct train, so a taxi or ride-hailing car to the Circuit Makati drop-off is the simplest option. Leave extra time on weekday evenings.
Before you go
- All people and bags are checked before entering the building.
- Oversized bags are not allowed, and the venue asks you not to bring packages, backpacks or luggage.
- Weapons of any kind are not allowed.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the building.

- Age rules are set by each show. Check the show's Ticketworld page before you buy.
- The lobby opens 90 minutes before the show and the theatre doors open 30 minutes before. Come early because of security checks and parking.
- Latecomers are let in only at a suitable break in the show, so plan to be seated before curtain time.
- There are 4 snack and drink counters inside, on levels 5, 7 and 8. For a full meal, Ayala Malls Circuit is a few minutes' walk away, and Rockwell and Poblacion are a short ride.
- The Box Office on level 5 is open on show days. A Ticketworld outlet on the ground floor of the building is open daily from 11am to 8pm.
- If you need a wheelchair space, ask Ticketworld when you buy. The venue has a limited number of free wheelchairs for moving around the lobbies, but they cannot be used as seats during the show.
