Seat plan

The Theatre has a main floor called the Orchestra (some shows call it the Stalls) and a Balcony above it. Price zones and their names (VIP, A to E, Tier A to E, or names from the show) change with every show. The seat plan on the event's own TicketWorld page is the one that counts. The venue does not publish one fixed seat plan page.

  • Orchestra Center (Stalls)

Main floor, middle block. Usually the most expensive zone, for example the VIP zone for The Play That Goes Wrong. Some shows call it Orchestra Platinum (Center).

  • Orchestra (Stalls)

Main floor seats around the center block. Usually the next price zones down.

  • Premium Gold

A named zone used by several shows, including Cirque Alice, The Play That Goes Wrong and Attack on Titan. Its price changes from show to show, so check the show's seat plan.

  • Orchestra Sides

Main floor seats on the left and right sides. Priced below the center. Some shows call it Orchestra SVIP (Side), and The Play That Goes Wrong prices these with the front balcony.

  • Orchestra Rear

Back rows of the main floor. Cirque Alice prices these below the center and sides.

  • Balcony Front / Lower Balcony

Front part of the raised balcony. Some shows call it Balcony Front, others Lower Balcony.

  • Balcony Back / Upper Balcony

Back part of the balcony and usually the lowest price zone. Some shows call it Upper Balcony or Balcony Back, and Cirque Alice sells 'Balcony Installed Seats' as its cheapest zone.

  • On Stage

Only for some shows. Cirque Alice in 2026 sells VIP and VVIP seats on the stage itself.
