World Trade Center Metro Manila
World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM) is a large, single-level exhibition hall in the Pasay bay area, opened in October 1996 and built for trade fairs, expos and big gatherings. Most of the year it hosts trade shows such as Manila FAME, AgriLink, Worldbex and the Manila International Auto Show, plus public holiday bazaars like the World Bazaar Festival. Its 8,300 square metres of open indoor floor can be split into three halls or used as one big space.

Seat plan
WTCMM has no fixed seats. It is one flat, open hall at ground level with a 10-metre ceiling, which organisers split into Hall A and Halls B and C, plus a tent hall and a pre-function lobby. Every show builds its own layout of booths, stages or chairs, so the venue does not publish a standard seat plan. For a seated or ticketed show, the event's own floor or seat plan from the organiser is the one that counts. The venue's hall sizes and set-up capacities are on its Hall Features page: https://www.wtcmanila.com.ph/hall-features/
Hall A
2,776 sqm. Up to 4,000 people in theatre seating or about 317 small (2m x 2m) booths.
Halls B and C
5,533 sqm combined. Up to 8,000 people in theatre seating or about 636 small booths. A soundproof movable wall lets the halls run separate events at once.
Halls A, B and C together
8,300 sqm of open floor with almost no pillars. Up to 12,000 people in theatre seating. Most big expos and bazaars use this full space.
Tent hall
2,900 sqm. With all three halls it takes the total to 11,200 sqm and 15,000 people in theatre seating.
Pre-function lobby
1,410 sqm. Used for registration counters, food areas and receptions, so expect queues here at opening time.
Function rooms
Small rooms for seminars inside the building: Seminar Room (60 theatre seats), Seminar Room II (30), Conference Room (20), Meeting Room (15). Talks at trade fairs often happen here.
Getting there
- By train: take LRT-1 to Gil Puyat station (also called Buendia), on Taft Avenue at Gil Puyat Avenue. WTCMM is at the far west end of Gil Puyat Avenue, a little over 1 km away, so take a short jeepney, taxi or ride-hail trip west, or walk.
- From Makati: Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia) runs straight west from the Makati business district to the venue at the corner of Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard. By car or ride-hail this is the most direct route.
- From BGC: there is no direct train. The simplest way is a car or ride-hail to Gil Puyat Avenue, then west to the venue. By rail, ride the MRT-3 to Taft Avenue station, walk across to LRT-1 EDSA station, go north to Gil Puyat station, then head west.
- Ride-hailing: set the pin to "World Trade Center Metro Manila" on Gil Puyat Avenue corner Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, not to the SMX Convention Center or SM Mall of Asia, which are nearby but separate venues.
- Parking: the venue lists parking for 335 cars on site. That is small for a big public bazaar, so arrive early or use ride-hail on weekends.
- Traffic: roads around Gil Puyat Avenue and the Mall of Asia area are usually heavy at weekday rush hours and on Christmas season weekends. Allow extra time, especially in December.
Before you go
- Check which venue your event is in. Some shows, like Worldbex, run at both WTCMM and the SMX Convention Center at the same time, and these are different buildings.
- Most shows here are trade fairs. Read the event page first: some are for trade buyers only, some need online pre-registration, and some sell tickets at the door.
- Register online before you go if the organiser offers it. Opening-hour queues build in the pre-function lobby.
- The hall is one big open floor at ground level, so wear comfortable shoes. Big expos cover more than 8,000 sqm.
- For food, shows usually have their own food stalls inside. SM Mall of Asia, about 2 km south, has many restaurants if you want a proper meal before or after.
- Go on a weekday or early in the day for holiday bazaars. Weekend afternoons in December are the busiest time.
