About this event

The 16-day National Flag Days observance culminates on June 12, with the Philippine flag flying day and night over the neoclassical former Legislative Building, one of the few landmarks legally entitled to do so. Inside, admission is free daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, taking in the Spoliarium hall and the relaunched Phyllis Zaballero retrospective.
