Good to know
Open daily from 4pm, late on weekends (to 2am Friday and Saturday, 1am weekdays, midnight Sunday); walk-ins work but the room is small, so go early or book on busy nights. Skin-contact oranges and a tight menu of cured and pickled plates.

About this event

Bibio is a low-intervention wine bar in Poblacion, pouring whites, rosés, skin-contact oranges, reds and sparkling from Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Italy and Spain. The room is warm and unpretentious, with a considered in-house soundtrack and a tight kitchen of cured, fermented and pickled small plates from chefs Mianne Manguiat and Ruther Sandico. It helped anchor Makati's natural-wine wave alongside Bombvinos and remains a quieter, design-forward alternative to the listening bars, named a Tatler Best establishment for 2025. Good for a date or an unhurried evening with a colleague; it opens daily at 4pm and stays late, so it works either after work or as a full night out.
