Good to know
Arrive before eight if you want the good seafood and produce, because the best stock goes early and the whole market closes at two. Bring cash in small notes and your own bags. It sits at the EDSA and Quezon Avenue corner, so the MRT Quezon Avenue station is the easiest approach and saves you the car park.
About this event
Every Sunday morning the Eton Centris Walk car park fills with several hundred stalls selling fresh produce, seafood, meat, regional delicacies and cooked breakfast eaten standing up. It has run since 2000 and remains the largest weekly market in Quezon City, with growers and small producers rather than resellers making up most of the floor. Prices are set for people doing their weekly shop, and the cooked food section is the reason many people come at dawn. Worth building a Sunday around if you live north of the river.
