An expansion of the Siesta horchata cafe, Ola works as a cafe by day and a drinking destination on Friday to Sunday evenings. The signature horchata comes standalone or blended with coffee or matcha, and a horchata tasting flight developed with chef Relynette Tan traces the drink's evolution across cultures using locally sourced ingredients.
